Living in Historic Wilmore & South End

I work as a real estate broker and Realtor for My Townhome Realty in the central Charlotte, Center City and Uptown market.  I've worked in Real Estate in the greater Charlotte regional market since 1992, over 19 years, as both an appraiser and as a broker. I work with buyers and sellers for condos, townhomes, houses, bungalows, and small commercial properties.  I live in Historic Wilmore / South End in a classic craftsman bungalow and the office I work out of is located here as well.  This website is intended to be informational and informative about living in Southend and Wilmore in Central Charlotte -- should you want to discuss real estate services with me I'd be more than happy to even if you aren't considering a move or aren't looking to hire a Realtor. I've helped dozens of clients become neighbors already - join us!  Though I live in, and love Wilmore, I also consistantly work in the other Center City neighborhoods:  Dilworth, Chantilly, Sedgefield, Myers Park, Wesley Heights, NoDa, Southpark, Elizabeth and more.  All of these areas have their own distinct "vibes" and feel.
